Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place with MVPeptide ("MVPeptide", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order from us.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order, and the "last updated" date above records when it last changed.

Who may order

You may order only if you are 21 years of age or older and are acquiring material for legitimate in vitro laboratory research. By ordering you confirm both, and confirm that you are legally permitted to receive these materials where you are.

We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion and without giving a reason. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Research use only

Everything we supply is sold strictly for laboratory research use. It is not for human or veterinary consumption, not for clinical or diagnostic use, and not for any application in or on a living organism.

We publish no dosing guidance, no administration instructions, and no protocols for use in any living organism, and nothing on this site should be read as implying any. You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of the material in accordance with applicable law and appropriate laboratory practice.

Reselling or supplying our products for human or veterinary use is prohibited and ends your right to order from us.

Orders, pricing and payment

Online checkout is not yet live. Orders are placed by email, and we reply with availability, the final total and payment instructions. An order is not accepted until we confirm it in writing — adding items to the cart on this site does not create a contract.

Prices shown on the site are per vial, in US dollars, and exclude shipping and any applicable tax. Multi-vial orders may be discounted; the discounted total is the one we confirm by email. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot arrange onward freight to an international address.

Orders are dispatched in plain outer packaging that does not identify the contents, packed to limit temperature and handling stress in transit, and sent tracked. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you supply. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, an incorrect address, or a parcel left unattended at your direction.

Returns and damaged orders

Research material cannot be restocked once it has left our custody, so we do not accept returns after dispatch.

If an order arrives damaged, if the seal is compromised, or if what arrived does not match what you ordered, stop before opening it and contact us. Tell us within a reasonable period of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Accuracy of published information

Compound descriptions, molecular data and storage guidance are published in good faith from publicly available scientific literature. They are reference information, not a specification and not a warranty. Where the published evidence for a compound is preclinical, limited or absent, the product page says so.

We aim to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and we may correct them without notice.

No warranty

Except where the law says otherwise, products are supplied "as is" and we exclude all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Because these materials are supplied for research, no result, yield or outcome is warranted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or research outcomes.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your responsibility for use

You are solely responsible for how you use, store and dispose of material you buy from us, and for complying with the federal, state and local laws that apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the material or your breach of these terms.

Website content

The text, images, layout and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy the site's content for commercial use, or scrape or reproduce it systematically, without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MVPeptide is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state.

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
